1. General Agreement
This Terms of Service Agreement ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between the abc2d platform ("Company", "we") and the user accessing this website ("player", "user"). We encourage you to read and understand these terms before continuing to use the platform.
The abc2d platform is a digital gaming service for Myanmar players, offering football betting, Live Casino, Slots, Blackjack, Baccarat and a variety of other games. By accessing this website, registering an account, or participating in any game, you confirm that you accept all of these terms.
We may amend these terms at any time and any changes will be announced on this page. If you continue to use the platform after changes are announced, you are considered to have accepted and agreed to those changes.
2. Account Registration & Responsibilities
2.1 Account Registration
Each player may only open one personal account on the platform. Opening multiple accounts for the same player is strictly prohibited. If this is found to have occurred, the account relationship will be terminated and funds may be forfeited.
2.2 Providing Accurate Information
When registering an account, players must accurately provide their name, age, phone number, and the bank/payment details they will use for deposits. Providing incorrect information may result in withdrawals being suspended or blocked.
2.3 Account Security
Players must never share their login details with any third party. All gameplay and financial activity made through a player's account is considered the sole responsibility of that player.
3. Age Restriction
abc2d is a service available to players aged 21 and above only. Anyone under the age of 21 is not permitted to access or play on this website. Players must be able to provide a national ID or proof of identity when requested by us.
4. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
4.1 Deposit Methods
Deposits on the abc2d platform can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. All deposits must be sent from an account registered in the player's own name. Transfers from third-party accounts will be rejected and returned.
4.2 Minimum Deposit / Withdrawal
- Minimum deposit amount — 5,000 Ks (all methods)
- Minimum withdrawal amount — 10,000 Ks
- Withdrawal processing time — within one hour
4.3 Withdrawal Rules
Withdrawals can only be made to the same channel used for the deposit. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within one hour. Before a withdrawal can be made, the player must have completed any active bonus wagering requirement.
4.4 Financial Prohibitions
Players acknowledge that we operate measures to prevent money laundering, and agree that funds deposited will be used for gameplay only. Players must be able to state the source of their funds when asked.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
The abc2d welcome bonus is up to 150% on the first deposit, with a maximum of 300,000 Ks. The bonus amount requires a 10x wagering requirement to be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 30,000 Ks → Balance 50,000 Ks → Wagering 30,000 Ks × 10 = 300,000 Ks must be wagered before withdrawal
Deposit 420,000 Ks → Bonus 300,000 Ks → Balance 720,000 Ks → Wagering 300,000 Ks × 10 = 3,000,000 Ks must be wagered before withdrawal
5.2 Bonus Restrictions
- If the validity period of a bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
- After receiving a bonus, you cannot withdraw immediately without playing — the wagering requirement must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
- Each player may receive any one bonus once only.
- Bonuses may only be claimed through your own account registered in your name.
5.3 VIP Program
The abc2d VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
Tier advancement depends on the player's playing activity and the platform's discretion. Cashback amounts may change due to VIP tier upgrades or downgrades.
6. Gameplay Rules
6.1 Game Outcome Decisions
The outcome of any game is determined based on the game server records. If an issue arises due to a network disconnection or any technical problem on the player's side, the game server record is the sole authority.
6.2 Football Betting
When placing football bets, players agree to the odds offered by the betting market before placing a bet. If an external event occurs (such as a void settlement or an incomplete match), the bet will be refunded.
6.3 Live Casino
Live casino games include Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and more. In live games, there is no server interference — only the dealer's decision counts as final.
6.4 Slots
Slots games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, so results are genuine and cannot be predicted in advance. The result of one spin has absolutely no connection to the next.
7. Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited on this platform—
- Playing through software, bots, or automated tools
- Bonus abuse — for example, attempting to meet a Wagering Requirement using only one type of game
- A single player opening more than one account
- Financial fraud — disputing a deposit after attempting to withdraw winnings
- Attempting to hack the platform's server or database
- Actions that disrupt or disturb other players
- Using a third party's funds to play on abc2d
If any of these prohibitions are violated, the player's account will be immediately closed and all pending withdrawals will be suspended.
8. Personal Information and Security
abc2d protects players' personal information using SSL Encryption technology. Personal information submitted by players will be managed in accordance with Myanmar law, and full details are set out in our Privacy Policy.
We may share player data with other organisations only for financial verification (KYC), anti-money laundering checks, and legally required purposes.
9. Service Suspension and Account Closure
9.1 Situations Where We May Close an Account
If abc2d has reasonable grounds to believe a player has violated these terms, it may immediately suspend the player's account without prior notice. In that case, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonuses) in the account will be refunded. However, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will not be returned.
9.2 Voluntary Closure by the Player
If a player wishes to close their account voluntarily, they can do so via 24/7 Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure can be withdrawn.
10. Limitation of Liability
The abc2d platform takes no responsibility for any money lost by players through gameplay, time lost, or any indirect losses arising from game results.
The platform also takes no responsibility for losses caused by network failures, server issues, third-party provider failures, or external events beyond our control. However, in such cases we will make every effort to refund the affected bets.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be announced on this page and will take effect 48 hours after the announcement. If a player continues to play after that 48-hour period, they are considered to have accepted the updated terms.
If a player disagrees with any change, they may close their account and withdraw their funds before the 48-hour period ends.
